Introduction

In making use of the web site you agree to abide by any and all of the following terms and conditions governing use of the web site ("Acceptable Use Policy"). No charge is made by Unstoppable Teen Ltd for your use of the web site, though you should be aware that local telephone call charges at rates as publicised by your telephone operator or your ISP may apply if you are connecting to our site via a dial-in connection. We hold no responsibility for charges incurred when calling our telephone number. Mobile telephone charges can vary, and so it is your responsibility to check how much your call charges will cost.

Registration

Where the web site requires that you register in order to use it, you are obliged to provide accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to update and maintain any changes to that information (including your e-mail address) by altering your details as appropriate.

In order that we may continue to exercise our right to determine the users of our site, the sharing of your user name and password once registered is strictly prohibited. Access through a single user name and password being made available to multiple users on a network is also strictly prohibited
unless the terms and conditions of a licence that you have purchased through our site specifically allows this (as would be the case for Schools purchasing access licences).

When you register to use the web site, you will be obliged to click on an icon indicating that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. You will not be allowed to register unless you indicate your acceptance of these terms and any other terms and conditions that may apply.

E-mail Policy

We will not respond unless required to do so by law to any electronic mail ("e-mail") which contains threatening, abusive, malicious, pornographic, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to take such action as we in our sole discretion deem fit in respect of such material.

Unless you indicate to the contrary all e-mails received will be taken to be submitted, where appropriate, for publication, free of charge. If we decide to publish an e-mail from you on the web site we will incur no liability to you by doing so.

Where appropriate we will endeavour to respond to e-mails with 2 days of receipt, but we cannot and do not guarantee to respond to e-mails. E-mails will generally be stored for 12 months after which time they will be automatically deleted. An e-mail sent to the incorrect destination is liable to be deleted immediately and if you are unsure of the correct destination for your e-mail please contact info@unstoppableteen.com

Liabilities

We are not responsible for any technical or other issues that may arise if you download software from any external third party web site (e.g. Acrobat Reader) or upgrade your browser software to enhance your usage of the web site. We expressly do not warrant that our website will be presented uniformly or as originally intended by the website designers within every browser in popular use.

We reserve the right to make changes to any part of the web site. Due to our policy of updating and improving the web site, it may therefore be necessary to change these terms.

Unstoppable Teen Ltd will not sell or pass on any personal information to any third parties. Credit card information is handled securey by our payment intermediaries and we do not store information about your credit cards on our systems.

Depending on how you have arrived at our Website, your visit may be associated with a cookie placed on your computer. In the instance of having visited by clisking on a link from one of our affiliates, the cookie will record from whose affiliate link you arrived at our site. This will typically but not always offer you the opportunity to buy products at special offer prices so we consider them to be generally favoured by our visitors. Web statistics such as IP address and duration of session are collected purely for allowing Unstoppable Teen Ltd to assess the use of its site and implement improvements.

Email lists

Unstoppable Teen Ltd maintains mailing lists for keeping our customers and interested parties informed about products and services we offer as well as passing on valuable tips and information. Requesting tips and information from our web pages automatically joins a customer to our mailing list. In all cases, someone who signs up to our mailing lists will be sent an email asking them to confirm their wish to be on our list. This is known as a double opt-in and serves to ensure that we cannot be accused of sending unsolicited spam to users of our site. Other interested parties must request to join through our website. An individual’s email address on the mailing list is kept hidden from all other users on the list. Only authorised Unstoppable Teen Ltd. representatives have access to mailing list email addresses. We do not sell, distribute or share email addresses with 3rd parties, and collection of addresses is for the marketing and communicatioon purposes of Unstoppable Teen Ltd. only. We value your privacy and never wish to inconvenience our customers and visitors with emails that they haven’t agreed to receive – we are passionately against SPAMMING and our systems meet current CAN-SPAM legislation. If you believe that you have been sent unsolicited emails from Unstoppable Teen, then please forward the offending email to us at admin@unstoppableteen.com rather than reporting us for SPAM enabling us to conduct our own investigation and make appropriate restitution to you.

Opt Out options

Our mailing lists are not high traffic and contain valuable information for our customers. To opt out from receiving future mails simply reply to any of our emails with the subject line “unsubscribe”, or click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
