"I have just returned home from Falinge Park High School, where I am a member of staff & also a parent of a Year 10 student. I would like to express how I was totally enthralled by Kevin, as was my daughter. You will have the greatest impact on teenagers more than anyone I have come across before, but not only them, teachers and parents alike."

Trisha, Parent.

"Kevin has a unique ability to be able to get a group to respond to him within a very short time and to let the youngsters discover for themselves just what they need to do to raise their aims and attain goals. In 30 years of show business I thought I knew how to master an audience. Then I met with Kevin Mincher."

FAQs

This page provides answers to some of the common questions that parents ask us:

1. What is Unstoppable Teen?

See the Philosophy page for details.

2. What are the strengths of Unstoppable Teen?

We have several strengths that enable us to help young people:

a) Unstoppable Teen’s greatest strength is helping young people get to the point where they want to make improvements to their own lives. We are able to ignite the fire of desire that lies within young people. Essentially, we are a catalyst for teenager’s personal improvement.

b) We communicate with our audiences through their preferred means. For example, we deliver in-person seminars, online webinars, downloads, books etc. This flexible approach enables us to connect with people on their terms and thereby increases our ability to achieve positive results.

c) We understand that knowledge alone doesn’t transform people’s lives. We believe it’s important to move people emotionally if they’re going to use knowledge and improve their quality of life. That’s why we seek to entertain, educate and inspire people though our programs. Rather than being a provider of ‘content’ we are a facilitator of enjoyable ‘experiences’.

d) We recognize that to help young people experience long-term well-being, we must not only provide guidance to the young person, we must also have empowering solutions available for their parent(s), teachers, coaches and peers. It is this holistic approach that enables us to achieve sustainable breakthroughs where others may fail.

e) We allow people to access all the resources we’ve ever made, but it’s our constant innovation that puts us on the cutting-edge and enables us to relate effectively with young people. We are constantly monitoring teen trends, seeking new ways to make a difference and using evidence where possible to guide the development of our resources.

f) We have quick-fix solutions that can be easily accessed and used to rapidly improve results. We also provide long-term strategies that are designed to help people develop positive habits that are sustained over an extended period of time. This short-term and long-term combination enables us to meet different people’s needs and avoids the limitations of other programs that might provide immediate help but lack the long-term sustainability that’s required for effectiveness.

g) We embed accelerated learning and advanced teaching techniques into our programs which often leads people to learn without knowing they’re learning and causes the users of our resources to experience personal improvement that they previously thought was impossible.

3. What age range are your resources suitable for?

Our resources are for 13 to 19 year olds, their parents, teachers and sports coaches. Our resources have been used by pre-teens and people in their twenties, but we always recommend that adults preview materials before sharing them with young people.

4. How long have you been helping teenagers?

See the About Us page for details

5. Who have you worked with in the past?

6. What territories do you work in?

9. Why does Kevin always wear yellow shoes?

It all started by accident when Kevin bought a random pair of trainers that happened to be yellow. The next day, Kevin wore his new yellow shoes on stage whilst presenting a motivational seminar at a school in his hometown. The audience loved the new yellow footwear! Then, when Kevin turned up at a different school the following day without his new yellow shoes we received complaints and expressions of disappointment! Since that day, Kevin always wares yellow shoes on stage!

A Few Things To Think About

Show class, have pride, and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself.

Paul "Bear" Bryant

Learn as much as you can while you are young, since life becomes too busy later.

Dana Stewart Scott

I think there’s too much emphasis placed on learning things by rote that you don’t really care about. So what happens to students in school is that they eventually lose interest in learning, because they’ve been forced to learn the required courses, rather than pursing their passion.

Jack Canfield
